Conner T Greenspan, MBA, LNFA
President & CEO
Mr. Greenspan, as President & CEO of Relavix Health Group, carries into his leadership role a solid track record from his decade long career with HMG Healthcare LLC. His
operational excellence is evidenced by strong outcomes and clinical excellence, and his innovative strategies in turning around underperforming assets and initiating joint venture ancillary programs. His tenure as a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator and later as Regional Vice President of Operations is notable for strategic initiatives that strengthened recruitment and retention, enhanced patient and resident care, and cultivated an employee-centered culture.
Leading Relavix Health Group, Mr. Greenspan leverages his background to advance ACO/MCO integration, expand post-acute care networks, and focusing on strategic acquisitions that expand the reach of RHG. Mr. Greenspan is constantly focused on improving operational and clinical outcomes to enhance the patient and employee experience at RHG. His innovative strategies in clinical program development are designed to address community needs and hospital demands, including the creation of secure memory care units and comprehensive cardio-pulmonary programming. Mr. Greenspan's vision is centered on positioning RHG as a community partner, addressing clinical and specialized programming needs in the communities and stakeholders they serve.
Mr. Greenspan's academic credentials, including dual degrees from Oregon State University and an MBA from SMU Cox School of Business, provide a comprehensive understanding of healthcare policy and finance, enhancing his leadership at Relavix. Arron Horton MHA, LNFA
Chief Operating Officer
Arron Horton, as the Chief Operating Officer of Relavix Health Group, brings extensive experience in operational leadership from his previous role as Senior Vice President of Operations at HMG Healthcare, LLC. At HMG, he managed a substantial portfolio, overseeing 37 Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, and Independent Living Facilities while leading a diverse team of executives and clinical directors. His efforts were instrumental in enhancing healthcare operations, advancing IT systems, and introducing innovative programs that have become benchmarks in the operation.
Mr. Horton is dedicated to delivering excellent healthcare operations in an environment where staff can thrive while providing outstanding care to residents. His strategic approach to operations—marked by an employee-focused culture and a drive for operational excellence—reflects in his leadership at Relavix. His strategic objectives include optimizing care delivery through innovative programs and advancing internal systems for efficiency and effectiveness. With a focus on both growth and quality, he aims to strengthen community health outcomes and enhance patient experiences across all Relavix facilities. Arron's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree from Tarleton State University and a master's degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Texas – Arlington.

Christine Morris
VP of Clinical Services
Christine Morris, R.N., is a seasoned nursing professional with over 30 years of experience in healthcare. After graduating from Louisiana State University in 1990 with a nursing degree, Christine has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellent patient care and effective healthcare management.
Throughout her career, Christine has stood out as a leader in her field. She has served on the Director of Nursing advisory board for two companies, contributing six years of her expertise and leadership. Her outstanding work earned her the "DON of the Year" award in 2013, recognizing her dedication to excellence and leadership.
As a Clinical Services Director for six years, Christine oversaw operations at nine healthcare facilities, guiding them to achieve excellent survey results and an increase in 5-star ratings. These accomplishments reflect the high-quality care and service provided under her leadership and her role in enhancing patient care and operational efficiency.
Before her tenure as Clinical Services Director, Christine was the Director of Nursing for 20 years, where she led her teams with a focus on providing top-notch patient care and fostering an environment of professional growth and compassionate care.
In her most recent role as Vice President of Clinical for Relavix Health Group LLC, Christine has been instrumental in implementing innovative healthcare strategies and programs that significantly improve patient outcomes. Her strategic vision and proactive approach have led to the development of cutting-edge clinical protocols and the integration of advanced technologies, setting new standards in patient care within the organization.

Li Ann Borucki
Director of Revenue Cycle Management
Li Ann Borucki, is a dynamic professional dedicated to ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of healthcare facilities. With a strong background in finance and administration, Li Ann brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Director of Revenue Cycle Management at Relavix. Her passion for driving financial excellence and strategic growth initiatives makes her a valued leader in the healthcare industry.
Li Ann’s journey in healthcare finance began in 2020 when she became an Accounts Payable specialist. Recognized for her diligence and commitment, she swiftly transitioned to the role of Business Office Manager, where she honed her skills in managing financial operations with precision and care. Her dedication and leadership qualities were evident as she progressed to the position of Regional Field Accountant, where she oversaw financial processes across multiple locations, ensuring compliance and optimization.
In January 2024, Li Ann stepped into her current role as Director of Revenue Cycle Management, where she orchestrates strategic initiatives to maximize revenue streams and streamline financial workflows. Her meticulous attention to detail and forward-thinking approach have resulted in tangible enhancements in revenue generation and operational efficiency, playing a pivotal role in the company's success.
Li Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from UTSA, which has aided her in conveying complex financial concepts and nurturing strong relationships with her team. Danny Cheever
VP of Rehab Services
As VP of Rehab services at Relavix Health group Danny leads a team of dynamic and forward-thinking Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapists with a mission to dignify and enhance the quality of life our residents have within our homes. With 20 years of experience in various healthcare and service-based industries, he has continuously demonstrated expertise in improving job satisfaction amongst coworkers and improving the quality of care being provided.
Before joining Relavix Health Group, Danny worked as a nursing home administrator and licensed Occupational Therapist across multiple facilities and organizations in Texas and Kansas. He holds a degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Utah and certification as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
Danny has made significant improvements to top-line revenue and overall profitability of the facilities he has led by utilizing his diverse background as a therapy program innovator and intense focus on quality and satisfaction of care. He is known for always smiling around the office, as well as intensely focusing on improving quality measures and improving residents satisfaction within our communities.
Danny enjoys spending time with his young family and cheering his children on from the sidelines as they participate in sporting events. If not on the sidelines he can be found traveling to accomplish his goal of visiting every major college football stadium.
